I am a Moehog I have to say.
In each and every possible way.
I have hooves instead of paws.
But not much people stand in awes.
I also have a little snout.
It helps me to sniff things out.
Have you seen my cool Mohawk.
I like to show it off when I go for a walk.
My tail is built to swoosh and sway.
I like my tail that very way.
I have two tusks I like brush.
The dentist says not to rush.
I love to roll around in the mud.
Or jump in it with a thud.
The sounds I make are grunts,
Snorts and squeals.
I always go home for every meals.
I'm strong and have a heart of gold.
I try my best to be so bold.
I may not be the most popular pet.
I've never lost a battle, at least not yet.
The thing about me is I love a hug.
And drinking hot chocolate from a mug.
Agent 00 Hog is my hero.
No Moehog will ever be a zero.
All Moehogs are sad when in the pound.
Take a Moehog home safe and sound.
No Moehog means to do something wrong.
If they do their apology will be long.
What I like to jump over is a log.
Yes, my friends, I'm a Moehog.

A Quest for Jhudora By Kokachin

Impatiently, her fingers tap;
She does not like to wait
But if her quest you should fulfill
Her reward to you is great.

She asks not much at first, you know,
but tests your speed and cunning.
To bring her back her heart's desire
Will really keep you running.

The next requests that she will give,
Each harder than the last,
Will cost you much in toil and sweat
To bring it to her fast.

If she be pleased with your endeavor
A gift she may bestow.
It may be good or it may be bad,
Or perhaps you'll never know.

If you should fail a single quest
and earn Jhudora's wrath,
Back to the start you must go
To retrace your former path

So beware, if you should seek to help
the Faerie dark and bold,
Who knows what she may give to you:
Disaster, fame, or gold?

My Kougra is sweet
And likes her name
But one day I called
And nobody came

I ran all around
Trying to find
Had it run away
Or had it died?

Panic spread round
The whole of the place
Everyone looking
For Kougra's small face

No one had seen her
No one could find
My sweet little Kougra
Dead or alive

The toy shops were combed
The bank was as well
Where my Kougra was
No one could tell

The food stores were searched
The adoption place too
I was in a frenzy
Didn't know what to do

Wouldn't anyone find her?
Wouldn't anyone find
My sweet little Kougra
Dead or alive?

Then it clicked
Where hadn't we searched
We went there and found
My Kougra was perched!

Someone had found her
Thought she was stray
Thought she was cute
And took her away

There the magic tree bore her
Safe but alone
Why Kougra was donated
I will never know

My Kougra is sweet
And likes her name
But one day I called

Beyond the horizon,
Outside of the earth,
Across the ocean,
Over the silent forest,
Past the busy marketplace,
Without ending,
Upon the sandy island,
Under the sun,
Through the frigid arctic,
Between the winding canyons,
Below the warm soil,
Above the steamy grasslands,
Beside the fallen,
Within my soul,
Up the wild rivers,
Down the raging waterfalls,
Before the stalking hunter,
Among the hunted prey,
Into the deep caverns,
Out the Cybuny's nest,
Inside the whirling waters,
Aboard the doomed vessels,
Underneath the icy surface,
Toward the blazing stars,
Like a soaring Pteri,
Off the cliff side,
Along the metal corridors,
Behind the safety of the walls,
Around the Snowager's cave,
Onto a shooting star,
Near the gates of Faerieland,
Against the blackness of the night,
Beneath the empty sky,
From begining to end,
Until my time is through,
On silver Faerie wings,
My dreams shall fly forever.

A young Kacheek sat by the sea,
The wind whistled its tune,
Above her, silent in the night
Hung a huge silver dubloon.

"If I could ever find a way,"
She spoke her thoughts aloud,
"To reach that coin up in the air,
Above the highest cloud,

"The world would be one great big shop
All there for me to buy,
But I wouldn't be greedy
Or make other pets cry.

"I'd fly where my heart led me to
(I'd paint myself with wings,)
I'd bribe the giant Snowager
And share out all his things.

"I'd dive into the ocean's mouth,
Swim faster than the Kois,
I'd battle to my heart's content,
Be stronger than the boys,

"I'd build a palace just for fun
In the golden desert sands,
Tyrannians would all envy me
'Cause I'd see all the bands.

"I'd fly away and live in space
If that became a bore,
My house would be a golden star,
The sky would be my floor.

I could devote my life to finding
Ways to that dubloon,
But still I know I'll never reach
That thing they call the moon."
