The Brightvale Motery Shopkeeper
by Yachtdepon
Brimming with items with smiles on their faces
Radiating energy for the Battledome
I welcome you to my shop with good graces
Good afternoon, this is my home
Have a look at what I have in store
Take a gander, take some notes
View my offers, search some more
And then, perhaps, buy some of my motes
Lots of choices you can make
Ee, dung, or my favorite Weewoo
Make all the purchases you can take
One mote for the fight will not do
Tell everyone in Neopia that you know
Everything about these wonderful items
Reel in customers for me and I’ll show
You the secret on how to control them

Two Little Girls
by Comawhite333
Two little girls,
With two little dreams
Of a zombie apocolapse
And sweet brain creams
Two little girls,
Skipping merrily along,
Holding hands and smiling,
Humming a demented song
Two little girls,
Wearing frilly little dresses,
Running through graveyards
With long black tresses
Two little girls
Who aren't afraid of death,
They don't dread the day
They breathe their last breath
Two little girls
That are twin souls intertwined,
They come across creepy
And yet they are kind
Two little girls,
Who battled with the best,
Never taking a break for snacks
Or even a quick fifteen minute rest
Two little girls
That you had best never cross,
Or they'll give you a whipping
And show you who's boss

Amyufi The Thief
by Martia_elior
There is this ghost Aisha of mine
who has a soft spot for the things that shine;
sparkly jewels she can't simply resist
she would love to own all the ones that exist.
I think you understood it by now,
she can steal anything somehow.
She learned the basics in the Thieves Guild,
then left it when she became well-skilled.
She actually likes to work on her own,
And managed to achieve many goals alone.
She's always been nice and polite,
Never hurting anyone in her life.
Amyufi would do anything to reach her "prize."
In fact, she became a master of disguise;
yesterday she was an old lady
with a creepy hunchback,
and today she is a knight
with a fluttering cape on her back.
And tomorrow, who knows?
She'll just look at her clothes
to find a new character that helps her
to reach the last masterpiece she's after.

Fountain Faerie Quest
by Rated_arr
Beautiful, mysterious...
Her hair, garnished by streaks of blue.
She glided up to me and said,
"Hullo, sorry to bother you..."
She asked if I could help her,
For she'd lost a certain doll.
"Funky Diva Usuki" she said,
as I simply stared in awe.
"I have a nice reward for you..."
I tried to remain attentive,
though access to her magic waters
was amazing incentive.
In a rush, I scurried off.
I hoped to find her item soon!
Excitedly, I bounced along.
I must've looked like a loon.
I ventured to the Shop Wizard,
and what did I see?
A cheap price, a would-suffice
Funky Diva Usuki!
I snatched it up, I paid, I left
and went to find the faerie.
With such a great reward in store,
I really couldn't tarry.
"Oh, you have my item!" she said,
and I'd finished the task.
"For your kindness, you may visit my fountain
wherein your Neopets may bask!"

The Adventure Of The SDB
by Zigzagoon12345
Aethia appears before me:
"Neopian, I need your aid.
My spell lacks a Purple Negg.
Find one and you'll be much repaid."
I approach this mission with vigor and zeal,
Think of the rewards she'll give!
A boost in level, endurance, or strength,
And maybe defence a bit!
So I gather my 'pets, round and round,
"I've a game for us to play!"
They lean in closer, eager to hear
All that I have to say.
"This game's better than Turmac Roll
Or betting money on stocks,
I call this 'Find the Neggs
In our Safety Deposit Box.'"
So, we split up our separate ways,
To find the Purple Negg.
Nini wanders to aisle four,
Where she finds a ton of bags.
"Look at me, check this out!"
The Poogle says in delight.
She hits a Kari Punching Bag,
Prepping for a fight.
With one strike
She knocks it out,
Nini's the winner
There is no doubt.
Evvie, on the other hand,
Has found her childhood.
"All these plushies and lovely toys,
Their condition's pretty good."
"Do you remember this ol' thing?"
Blakely asks with a grin.
"You were so scared of this Fuzzle,
You tossed it in the rubbish bin."
"But then you took it out,"
said Evvie, staring at the plush.
"Because you liked its fur and all,
You bought it its own brush."
"I remember this little guy,"
I say happily to my 'pets.
In my hands I'm balancing
A cardboard Liobits.
Aisles one through seventy-five,
True treasures we discover,
It's funny how many forgotten things
In the SDB we uncover.
Pizzas, omelettes,
And rulers made of stone,
Snowballs, snowglobes,
And beds for your Neohome.
In the end, we forgot the Negg,
So no Battledome boosts for us.
But, instead, we dug up cool stuff
That was lying in the dust.
"What an adventure we had
Looking in our SDB,
Finding not just books and shells,
But forgotten memories."
Cory even found paint brushes --
Tyrannian, faerie, and pink.
"You know how the saying goes:
You're richer than you think."
