Inflation, Good Or Bad?
by Indulgences

Inflation is a varied thing.
It makes some users rich.
They hoard their items, sell them all.
Their banks become enriched!

Some sundry items do become
A source of later wealth.
They're kept till prices jump up high,
Then sold in quiet stealth!

Some items that are popular
To hoard in massive lots
Are items that give avatars.
In hundreds are they bought!

Some Neopians do bemoan their fate
When such inflation hits.
They simply can't afford the wares,
They openly admit!

Yet other users clap with glee.
Their items are now rare.
They sell them for a kingdom, and
They now are millionaires!

Inflation is a varied thing.
It's something loved or rued.
No matter what, I hope you live
Your life in plenitude!

Queen Fyora
by Jade47201

Fyora, the queen
of all Faerieland.
Charismatic, elegant,
often extravagant.

Neopians who see her,
instantly mesmerized.
Is it her flowing hair
or lavender eyes?

Captivating, many say,
a charming queen.
The most beautiful
they'd ever seen.

Fyora, the hero
who many know.
Protecting Neopia,
defeating evil.

Snowmuncher
by Got_milk6256

Oh Snowmuncher, why are you so addicting?
Polarchuck-eating wurms and falling blocks...
When did eating snow become so appealing?
Time's running out! Where are the clocks?

The snow makes such a crunchy sound
Trapped in a cave of coloured blocks,
Nowhere to go but down --
Why didn't I just play with stocks?

The snow keeps falling,
My stomach keeps growing,
No one can hear me calling,
I seem to be slowing.

I've been bloated two times now,
On the verge of bursting,
But still my stomach growls --
For a Bloat-B-Gone I am thirsting.

Finally, I reach the bottom,
I think it's the end.
Another level?!?
I think my score I'll just send.

Awakened
by _pistachios_

Risen from eternal sleep,
among deathly graves they creep,
dressed with dirt and linen wrap,
now hungry from their lengthy nap.

Guided by two mystic twins,
waiting ‘till the fun begins,
their enemies have seen nothing yet --
this is a battle they will regret.

Now’s the time to take revenge,
former losses they will avenge,
the Sway and Seekers cannot compete,
soon they will admit defeat.

Moans and grumbles fill the air
as zombies pop up here and there.
The opponents’ armies -- they’re overwhelmed!
This situation they cannot comprehend.

The twins watch, quite pleased,
at their victory now achieved.
Eyes wide with new delight,
they vanish into the dark night.

The Escaped Pixel
by Qwerty863

I wake from what feels like a sleep,
From memories that are far and deep;
A past existence that I had --
If I could remember, would I be glad?

Perhaps I lived on a pirate's beard,
Or a pretty coat, or a faerie's tear...
Or maybe I hail from a thief,
A piece of trash, a squashed dead leaf!

But now in a deposit box
Is where a packrat safely locks
My single pixel self away,
With naught to do but dream away.

But, a single pixel's all I am;
I have no way to understand...
Nor do I have a brain to know
Where I escaped from long ago.
