It was Noda's dream,
To make famous
His family's recipes.

To celebrate his
Dream coming true,
He's baked batches
Of cookies for you.

These cookies may seem
Ordinary enough by sight,
But each fortune cookie
Contains a surprise.

The starry cookie
Must be magical, it.
For, hidden inside,
Is more than a slip.

Another treat is
Curiously wrapped,
To look similar
To the secret lab.

Don't you wonder
What marvels may be
Inside of your own
Special fortune cookie?

Oh they're making quite a racket,
Those noisy brats outside.
They always ring my doorbell
And then run off and hide.

One day last week they were playing ball
And broke the window glass!
That sort of behavior would not have flown
When I was still a lass.

Some of them aren't so bad,
Maybe even a little sweet.
They'll listen to my stories
And help me cross the street.

Little do they know
They're actually older than me.
You see, I've merely been painted

Glistening and gleaming,
Twisting and turning.

There lies a snake,
Waiting for foolish and brave,
To attempt the task
Of stealing his hoard.

Collect your treasure
Around the enemy
And open the doors?

If you enjoy a bit of sport,

Over slippy grounds and frozen foe,
Will you come out the conqueror?
