Ode To The Larnikin
by Sacred_sorrow
Oh, little Larnikin, you plump tiny thing
If P3s had a ruler, you would be king!
You’re squishy, like a real-life plushie,
So cute, even if you treat my slorg like a slushie
Your allure is why my Habitarium is Larnikin-only
I just hope you do not get lonely
Without Mootix or Pinchits around
Amongst you on the ground
If I was your size, I’d carry you in my arms
And introduce my Neofriends
To your fuzzy charms
I’d make you a bed in a peanut shell
Although you’d probably prefer to dwell
In the fur of a Triffin or the mane of a Quilin
How you balance on your fragile legs,
I may never know
All that matters is you set my heart aglow
Especially when you’re painted snow!
And when you yawn
I want to grab your doughy form
And hug you until you’re very warm
Oh Larnikin, I hope you stay dotty and pink
With those blue eyelids
That I see when you blink
And I promise to not bathe my Petpets,
I don’t want you to drown,
Even if my 'pets start to beg and frown

Xandra's Perspective
by Jokerless
It begins many years ago
As a student prodigy came
To idolize her own opinion
Never again to feel the same
Master of conjuring magic
Created plans set in motion
Once her potential realized
Thoughts take her like poison
Whether faeries were evil
Seemed unhelpful in any way
In Xandra's mind she firmly
Believed she'd been betrayed
A thin line exist between
Open madness and brilliance
Breaking points breached
Result in obvious difference
Both the villain and hero
Are written down in history
However, how they're there
In the first place is a mystery

The Midnight Frost Queen
by Kaddiez
Porcelain skin, pallor like snow,
A heart entrenched in layers of cold.
Bones protrude from fingers outreached,
Upon a frozen throne she preached.
A dark fortress among the white,
Trees all withered from winter’s bite.
Roses dying from season’s chill
And the frost queen’s ill-brought will.
Black designs line columns high,
Painted like the midnight sky.
Each thing falling near her cursed --
Be afraid of the queen at her worst.
Uncaringly lavished in black attire,
A beautiful dress and cynical smile.
Before her eyes fall locks of hair,
Painted pale by winter’s air.
In her castle, she waits like death,
A mystical orb fogged by her breath.
Caution all those who can be seen --
Beware the wrath of the Midnight Frost Queen.

Neopies Come But Once A Year...
by Sordid
It hardly seemed a year had passed,
Since this grand event last came.
Where all the brightest 'pets step out,
To seek applause and fame.
Who would it be this very year,
To walk the carpet red?
Eventide, the newest shade?
Would swamp gas win instead?
Which site event would take the prize?
The Haunted Faire might win?
But faerie quests endured well,
The margin would be thin.
Woodland Tonu everywhere,
Did hold their breath and wait.
Most cheered on water Kyrii, true,
But time would tell that fate!
Each night a dashing Elephante,
Would call to one and all.
The category up for grabs,
Each stood in breathless thrall.
The trophies had been polished up,
All glittered, vibrant gold.
Waiting, hidden, out of sight,
Until results were told.
Anyone who mattered much,
Was voting every night.
Hoping that their favourite thing,
Would shine in bright spotlight!
So do your best, cheer for your choice,
I beg you, do take note!
Neopies come but once a year,
So get involved and vote!

Ode To Avatars
by X_mystichorse_x
I threw a rock at the giant Turmac,
And hit him in the head,
I was hoping he’d want a snack,
Like my Petpet, but enough’s said.
“Sorry pal,” he replied,
“I’m not hungry now, so go.”
“No avatar for me?” I cried,
He looked at me and simply said, “No.”
I got to Edna’s tower,
Where she asked for a hand,
She’d grant me a power,
If I got her blue sand.
“How about an avatar?” I said with a smile,
She looked over with a grin,
“Come back in a little while,
Your chances won’t be as thin.”
I then went to the Snowager sleeping,
Hoping for a little blast,
I walked up to him -- creeping,
When he got up at last.
“You were lucky this time,”
He said, drifting off.
“Give me an avatar!”
I said with a cough.
I then headed toward space,
Where I tried to pull the strange lever,
I kept a pretty weird face,
As it was very clever.
“Give me an avatar!”
I angrily yelled at it.
"You don’t have to continue pulling the lever,
You can just simply quit."
Walking away to The Games Room,
I decide to play Meerca Chase,
“I’ll get an avatar soon...”
I mutter with a long face.
Catching up on a Green Negg,
I notice I’ll crash in a wall,
I want this avatar and I don’t want to beg,
“Oh no!” I’ll lose them all...
But turning to the right,
I catch the magical fish,
Oh! How it left my sight,
Meerca Chase granted my wish.
