Woodland Creatures
by Lilmisssimsaddict

Like statues they look
In every nook
From here to over the brook
The woodland creatures

Whether they be tall, fat, or thin
Or have a manic grin
Whatever their kin
The woodland creatures

Floral or leafy
Skinny or beefy
Their name need not be Fifi
The woodland creatures

For they are alive
The Neopets from far and wide
Painted by a Woodland Paint Brush
The woodland creatures

The Dangers Of The Snowager
by Yahooyeunju

The massive ice worm
Sits proudly on his treasure,
Which is basically the heart
Of all his pleasure.
The mound of wonders,
Including Neggs and creams,
Seem to be made of anyone's
Hopes and dreams.

The Snowager is a dangerous creature,
And most are afraid of all his features.
With all of his teeth, stripes, and sharp eyes,
Most of them won't
Enter his cavern, those guys.

You want to take some of his loot?
Have you got your eye
On a shiny-looking boot?
Don't ask me, you go right on ahead.
I would rather stay out here
Than to lose my head!

I've heard once that the Snowager could sleep.
Make one sound, and he
Will stop counting sheep.
When the slitted nostrils flare,
You will realize at once that he is there.

If you want some treasure so bad,
You go on ahead, young lad.
Seems likely that you will meet a terrible end,
So saying, I wish you luck, my friend.

Cheeserolling
by Anhora

Merrily I roll along,
Roll along down the slope
Until I see something that doesn't belong
A bump! With it, I must cope.

I trip and I stutter
My steps to the left
While to myself I mutter,
"This way is the best."

But, to my chagrin
And cheeserolling shame,
While trying to win
My cheese comes up lame.

To the left was a hole
And was clearly not wise.
Since my cheese would not roll,
So a plan I devised.

"I'll dive to the right!"
I said right out loud.
So with all of my might
I made myself proud.

Victory was mine!
Or at least soon would be.
Staying in a straight line
For as far as I could see.

Three seconds were saved
By holding it steady.
The way ahead seemed paved;
For winning I was ready.

But alas, once again
A mishap was had
I again felt chagrin
As my cheese bumped out bad.

The seconds I lost
Came to a total of nine
And here was the cost:
On no cheese could I dine

For my timing was awful
Over a minute it took
And this was unlawful
(For, in the rules I did look).

For the rest of the day
To my fur the smell clung
Since, with what did I play?
A cheese of Tyrannian Dung!

A Neopet Gamer's Experience
by Terri30058

Once upon a time
Myself and my Kacheeks
Took up a game challenge
To see how many we could defeat
First stop was Hannah's Adventures
Before exploring the Ice Caves
Then it wasn't long after before
Bruno’s Backwoods Breakaway
But enough with the adventures
It was time for some word busters
But now Spell or Starve
Made our brains really clustered
So we moved on to luck and chance
And bet it all on Brucey’s slots
And then we couldn’t believe it
We had hit the jackpot!
This gave us the confidence
To try Bilge Dice
But our luck had turned
And gave our Neopoints a slice
Nevertheless, we played some classics
Because our challenge wasn’t through
Even made a new high score
In Chia Bomber 2
Before you knew it
We were back to some action
Defeating everyone in the 'dome
For some sheer satisfaction
Bouncing with energy
My Kacheeks and I couldn't be tamed
We even bowled a perfect score
In Lost City Lanes
To end off the game challenge
Which was a load of fun
Card and board games for the win
Including Pyramids and Kou-Jong

Meerca: The Chase
by Iamcanadian1428

Lightning speed, race around the square
No time to breathe, no time for air,
Got to catch more, go to eat more!

Yellow, shining, bright as day
Get three, five, eight points right away
Got to catch more, got to eat more!

Silver, golden, get them all
Rainbow, fish, no time to stall
Got to catch more, got to eat more!

Tail flashes past, a dangerous foe
Find another path, another way to go
Got to catch more, got to eat more!

Red Negg, staring, smiling, waiting
In the way, blocked, no time for debating
Catch one more, eat one more!

And that is the end.
