Rockin' in the Land of Rocks!
Way down in the land of rocks,
There's a special place to roll.
Though the patronage might be stone-age,
They really have some soul.
Go on, just buy your ticket,
Join in for the musical treats.
With every band, you're guaranteed,
To move your happy feets!
The headliners got their start right here,
Chomby and the Fungus balls did play.
The most popular band so far to date,
Miss this band? No way!
2 Gallon Hatz and M*YNCI are great selections,
A little country or pop will fit the bill.
Maybe a little Yes Boy Ice Cream,
If you want to hear the fangirls shrill.
Want to take it down a notch?
Jazzmosis will keep you very cool.
Blue Kacheek Group will keep you swaying,
Sticks N Stones will rock you back to school!
Don't forget the one-time treats,
like Twisted Roses or Wock Til You Drop.
Moehawk and Gruundo, even the Hikalakas,
Are never a musical flop.
Finish your week off with the Mellow Marauders
Relax to the Neopian Philharmonic, too.
Catch the last show of
Jub Zambra and the Cobrall Charmers,
You'll never go wrong with any concert,
No matter what you do!
The Mutant Kiko
The Mutant Kiko doesn't have
A bandage on his head.
With eyes of red, his hands are clawed,
He has something else instead.
A potion he consumed one day,
What a mistake that had been.
His reflection in the lake had changed;
This creature he had never seen.
Dribbling slime, so green and cold,
This Kiko is a ghastly sight.
A creature foul, yet misunderstood;
He wouldn't harm or bite.
His skin is blue and bubbling,
He has two piercing teeth.
While other Kikos float above,
This one lurks beneath.
The World That Doesn't Exist
Legends tell of a hidden world
That wobbles to and fro.
Made of a transparent substance
That everyone should know.
The smell will lure you toward it.
Your stomach will let out a roar.
Until you have a sudden bounce in your step,
From its gelatinous floor.
As you bounce, the buildings shake,
As if they're laughing in glee.
You'll somersault into the air,
And make wary pedestrians flee.
But you must control your hunger pains,
And keep bouncing down the street,
For if you even lick a house,
It'll be someone fist you'll happen to eat.
Don't distress, for not far along,
A shop stands tall and proud,
Where delicious treats are served with a smile,
Though eating the shopkeep is not allowed.
Sadly though, your pocket is empty,
And you continue your bouncing parade,
When suddenly you notice a wobbling mountain,
Where others have gone to invade.
You bounce as fast as your legs will let,
Sinking into the ground,
But trip and fall flat on your face,
And start flying all around.
After bouncing between buildings,
And over a few Neopets' heads,
You catch yourself and head towards your goal;
Where the road has led.
You stop before the massive thing,
Your long journey having sweetened,
But suddenly you're stopped
By a big, red guard saying:
"The Jelly has been eaten!!!:("
Your weary legs give out beneath you,
Your eyes grow wide with surprise,
A sniffle escapes your little nose,
And your poor heart screams: "WHY!?"
You close your eyes as a tear streaks down,
And open them up again,
To see yourself back in your home,
Inside your comfy den.
You blink a few times and rub your eyes,
You could have sworn you were there.
Your friends don't believe you
No matter how much you insist.
Poor little Neopet, Jelly World doesn't exist!
Vandebart Biggsby and His Mysterious Hat
Tell me, Bart, of your secret.
What's under your bowler?
Don't lie to me, Bart.
I know all your tricks and cons.
I can see through you.
Except for that hat.
That mysterious topper.
I will snatch that hat.
When you aren't looking, Bart,
I will grab it from behind,
And know of your tale.
I will know of your
falsehood and fabrications,
All from your grand hat.
It's silly really,
your hat and I, I and hat.
But I must know, Bart...
Did you intend to tell
of your wickedness,
And what is beneath
those filthy, murky waters?
You disgust me, Bart.
Here. Take back your hat.
If I ever wore such evil,
I'd turn into you.
Keep your dark secret hidden.
I'm so sorry, Bart.
Prof. Milton ClodBottle's Astounding Habitarium
Welcome, welcome, come right in!
Welcome to Clodbottle's Habitarium!
When you look around at first,
There's not much to see
But when you hatch your eggs,
You'll be filled with glee!
You start with an egg, a nest or two
A building for resources and houses, blue
Set up some storage
For the workers and staff
Have soldiers ready to fight
Whose hits make you laugh!
The nesters are lying
On their incubating eggs
You're checking the status
Over and over, weak in the legs
"It hatched, it hatched!"
You scream with delight
It was only an hour
But it feels like all night
You crack it open
And what do you see?
A darling Mootix,
Larnikin, or Pinchit P3!
You are now on your way
To creating a place
That will always be
Your own special space
Congrats P3 owners,
You're now on your way!
Come join Milton and me,
You'll be glad you played!
