Roxton
By Wicked_summer

He's earned a pretty penny,
Protecting those who need it.
With never an unkind word
(Well, hardly any).
He's Roxton! Roxton the Third!

His faults are few, his virtues many;
Nothing compares to his sharp-honed wit.
He fights all those dangerous things,
And if charm was feathers, he'd have wings.
Why, he's Roxton! Roxton the Third!

Beasts of feather, fur, and fin,
He combats with a cheesy grin,
And a jaunty declaration --

"I'm Roxton! Roxton the Third!"

Atlas of the Ancients - Chapter 2
By Chimp_chicken_fish

Traversing across the mountain edge,
Roxton is cracking jokes.
Clara is the least impressed,
And wishes he'd not spoke.
They hire a flying vessel
From Shenkuu's own sky docks.
Clara advises the long route,
Roxton tells her not.
A storm hits them as she predicted,
En route to Altador.
Sheltered from rain in a cave,
With ancient pictures galore.
As Jordie absorbs Clara's beliefs,
Roxton shoots her down.
All of a sudden, deep within the cave,
Comes a frightful sound!
A beast does not want them there,
As Roxton shouts in alarm.
The company flee, feeling scared,
With an almighty "AAAAAHHHH!"

It's a Clue, It's a Clue!
By Sadinei

"It's a clue! It's a clue!"
The new plotter cries,
Pointing excitedly to Altador's skies.
"That's an old plot,"
The experienced plotter sighs,
Shaking their head and closing their eyes.

"It's a clue, it's a clue!"
The new plotter screeched,
Pointing to writing on Mystery Island beach.
"That's an old plot,"
The experienced plotter speaks,
Pulling their hair and rubbing their cheeks.

"It's a clue, it's a clue!"
The new plotter declares,
Starting for space and puzzling there.
"That's an old plot,"
The experienced plotter repeats,
Rubbing their hands and stomping their feet.

"It's a clue, it's a clue!"
The new plotter raps,
Pulling from their pocket an ancient map.
"Wow, you're right!"
Exclaims the experienced plotter in fright,
Running to get their clue, however slight.

Musings: Atlas of the Ancients
By Penskii

"I can't help but wonder..."
Words floated on the Shenkuu breeze,
As one Kacheek spoke to another,
under the shade of the Pink Bonsai Tree.
"What?" mumbled the other pet
As she played with the cool grass.
"I wonder about the newest threat...
The one involving the old Atlas."
"Oh," said the other, head turned down,
Her lips pressed in a pout.
She traced circles in the ground
As she wondered what the plot was about.
"Perhaps it's Doctor Sloth again,"
The first Kacheek mused.
"And if it's him, well, what then?"
The other Kacheek asked, confused.
"Okay, okay, we can rule him out.
Do you know of any others?"
"Perhaps the Gnorbu sensed a drought...
Or a massive storm, and we must take cover!"
The two Kacheeks paused their speech,
Their faces turned toward the sky,
And at the clouds they could not reach,
Watching as they passed by.
"No, not a storm," said the first,
Her face lowering down.
"Perhaps the sand has been cursed."
Now they both looked to the ground.
"Shadow Usul could be back,"
The first one mused out loud.
"I'd hate to be victim of her attack.
Maybe we'd be safer in a crowd."
"We'll find out soon, I think.
But for now, Dinner time! Let's go..."
But as they sat with food and drink...
They weren't sure they really wanted to know.

For Roxton
By Aguari

Oh, Roxton A. Colchester
Who makes my heart beat faster
Going now on new adventures
To prevent us from disasters.

And as a great adventurer
Mysterious places he found
Whenever there is the undiscovered,
I know he might be around.

Now that there is a new mystery
With an all brand-new story,
Roxton travels once again
Seeking for treasures and for glory.

Oh, Roxton A. Colchester,
I dedicate my words to you,
And I'm always with your picture
Right inside my left shoe!
