Alstaf the Poogle By Buurin

Alstaf the Poogle is quite a good bard
He's risen to fame on a rare trading card!
Reciting his poetry all the day through
Brings joy and happiness to me and to you

Alstaf the Poogle is the master of rhyme
He uses it in poetry all of the time!
He's great with his meter and his rhythm as well
His poems glide as softly and sweet as a bell

Alstaf the Poogle drinks lots of tea
While reading his poems to people like me
A black beret lays atop his head
(I wonder if he wears it to bed)

Alstaf the Poogle is kind as can be
To people from everywhere, the hills to the sea
His poetry echoes to the moon and the sun
And dwells in the hearts of everyone

Defeated By Oxime

The wind... relentless.
The heat... deathly.
The disheartened army trudged on.
They had just lost the battle in Tyrannia.
Thousands perished, many more wounded.
Everyone of them changed forever.
Grarrls, Skeiths, and many more.
Wounded, half-lost, some even long gone
making the long journey back to their homeland.
Their fearless leader a casualty,
the army in shambles.
And when all hope seemed lost
came a young Grarrl,
Spragmit!
He came from almost nothingness.
He gathered the army, cheered them up,
vowing to return and avenge the fallen!

Brucey B's Lucky Coin By Keroberosclow

Brucey B had a lucky charm
Which at first it seemed no harm.
But when he won the annual game
He quickly rose up to fame.

Then one night he got a letter
Saying that he couldn't have done better
And was invited to another game of Cheat!
So that he could prove his feat.

On that night, his charm wouldn't work.
And his lucky coin he had to fork
Over to the fishy Jetsam
Who left him without his ransom.

Poor Brucey; broke and unlucky.
His fame ended too mucky.
His Cheat! playing friends offered a hand
To search all over the land
For that lucky coin of Brucey.

The Soup Faerie By Xrem

There is a Faerie, kind and pure
And unconcerned with fashion
For starving pets, she lends a cure
Her actions show compassion

Devoted to unselfish deeds
Your pets, shes thinking of
What other place fulfills your needs
But the Healing Springs of Love
There isnt a pet that she wont feed
So donate to the Money Tree
Never showing signs of greed
Her charity sets your hunger free

And from her seeds our world will grow
Away from pointless wars
But closer to the heart and soul
Thats what this Faeries for

There is a message you must learn
If you intend to live
The greatest gift is not to earn
But working hard to give

Her sisters never understand
That pets need to be loved
She gazes up at Faerieland
While they relax above
How can you think this timid girl
Is just a waste of time
Shes done so much to help the world
Her beauty shines inside

A Faerie In A Bottle By Darkstarlight1

Tall and sloping, a huge looming wall
Above my head, almost out of sight
A cork blocks my escape.

Faces stare through the glass
Some look low and sad
Others laugh and point.

For I am a Faerie,
Trapped in a see-through prison
A small jar locked with a corkscrew
My powers, though grand, do not aid me.

What shall I do? When will I be rescued?
For in my dreams I feel air
And I long to fly and flutter again.

Outside my vast (for to me it is vast) cell
A shopkeeper grins, and washes the wall
So that I may see out (or else he see in) more clearly.

Once when I was younger
I laughed at the thought of capture
But now I see the consequences.

Pets and People walk about, day and night
Night and day, around my little prison
But none will buy me so that I may be free.

But then, oh, how many years?
How many, since trapped?
A small pet came.

Tugging his owners sleeve
He pointed to me.
His owner looked and smiled.

And paid my fee.
I was elated; would I be set free?
The owner took me home, and pulled the cork.

I fluttered around her head.
What could I do to repay her and the pet?
I swirled down to the pet...

I blessed it, so that it may have a special ability.
And now I am no longer captive
I fly free.

No longer careless as I was
I am joyful, oh how do I express?
For once again I feel the air on my wings.
