4 - 8 oz. pkg. Cream cheese softend
12 oz. Mexican shredded 4 cheese mix
2 pkg. DRY ranch salad dressing mix
1 1/2 cups finely chopped tomato
Dry roasted sunflower seeds

I also used two black olives and one marshmallow cut in half for the eyes, and an end slice of tomato for the tongue.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until soft. Add in dry salad dressing mix and beat again. Spoon in tomato and mix well. Mix in shredded cheese and chill for about one hour. Shape and refridgerate until ready to serve.
