Cheesey the Greeen Elephante

2 packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded montery jalapeno
1/2 green bell pepper, minced
1 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
green and yellow food coloring.
1 pink smartie

In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, Monterey jalapeno cheese, green bell pepper, jalapeno pepper. Seperate a small amount to use for headdress. Mix larger amount with green food coloring till correct color. Mix remainder with yellow food coloring. Chill, sculpt, chill and serve with your favorite crackers.
