If your account was frozen through no fault of your own, or if you feel your account was frozen by mistake, please fill out the form below and we will look into your situation.

If you DID break the rules, please do not use this form to contact us. Your account will NOT be unfrozen and you will not get your Neopet or items returned. You are welcome to create a new account, as long as you follow the rules.
