You may have seen him in Tyrannia, sitting next to his constantly spinning wheel. No wonder the poor Quiggle looks bored, you would be too if you had to listen to that wheel clicking all day long :)

Give your Quiggle teeth, stripes, eye balls and a few tufts of hair. Draw the face on his watch and your drawing is complete.
To make him look REALLY bored, add dark circles under his eyes and colour in the rest of his body.
