The Meerca
Meerca's are very easy to draw. In nine small steps anyone can draw the chubby little chap :)

Draw three strands of hair on the top of the head, and add a few lines to complete the paws,
feet, tongue and teeth.
Erase the extra line on each foot and then fill in the eyes. Leave a little speck of white to make
your Meerca look alive. Now your Meerca is complete!
If you wish, add some colour to your Meerca. You don't need to stick to Neopets colours, why not make your
Meerca unique?
