The Lutari
Lutaris are alert, friendly creatures, with long lithe bodies that make them excellent swimmers. To learn how to draw one of these cute Neopets, simply follow these steps.

At this point, clean up your drawing a bit by erasing any unnecessary marks and adding a few lines around it to give your Lutari more detail.
Now for the final touch! Using pencils, a computer program, or whatever else you prefer, add in some colour and shading to finish your Lutari drawing.
