The Chia's mouth is the hardest thing to draw. First draw the upper lip
as a wavy line. Then draw in the lower lip. Fill in the inside of the lip and
add the tongue.
Now just clean up your image by erasing the extra lines and voila, you
have drawn your first Chia!
Now color your Chia. Use your imagination, you don't need to stick to Neopets colors!
